In case your website is multilingual, you may have to translate the shipment names and description.

Use language keys for the Shipment names and descriptions

In case you shipment name and desription are different in all language, you can also use language key in the shipment name and description.
Add those language keys via the Joomla Extensions > Language Manager > Overrides  for each language.

The PRO shipment plugin will display the shipment name in the correct language the customer is browsing your VirtueMart shop.
